Turn off email alerts for particular users

To turn off their email notifications,  a user must log in to their account, click on their profile name in the top right corner, and go to Notification settings.

From there, they can toggle off the default notification frequency by changing it from daily to never.

 

 Additionally, users in a Reviewer type role won't get email notifications when files are in a project folder but not published, because files are only available to them after being published.
