Teams are groups of users created by Project Admins for reporting and managing groups in Trackers. Teams are used in Diligence, Acquire, Pipeline, and Prepare projects.

 

For example, some typical Team groupings could include:

• Companies reviewing project materials
• Location (e.g., Western Region, Midwest Region, etc.)
• Categories of reviewers (e.g., Accounting, Legal, etc.)

To access the Teams area:

  1   From within the Users tab, click the Teams tab.

  2   All existing groups display; to view group members select the arrow icon associated with a particular team. To change one, tick it's checkbox:

• Click Edit Team to rename a group, add or remove members
• Click Delete Team to delete the group entirely 

To create Teams:

  1   Click Add Team.

  2   Enter a name tor the group.

  3   Add members:

• Scroll to find desired team members and select them via the associated checkbox; OR
• Type an email address into the search field to quickly find a particular user

  4   Click Done.

 

Edit Teams:

  1   Tick the checkbox of the Team.

  2   Click Edit Team in top menu.

  3   Make the desired changes.

  4   Click Done.

 

Teams can also be created by selecting Create New Teams when inviting a user.

 

A single user may be added to multiple Teams, if desired.

 

Like roles, users are unaware of which teams they or other users belong to.
