Within Q&A, Answer Team members can create Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) viewable by members of all Question teams. Using this feature, common questions and answers can be shared with all Question Team members, eliminating redundant postings from Question Teams.

FAQs can be created one at a time, or imported via spreadsheet.

To create a single FAQ from within Q&A as an Answer Team member:

  1   Click New FAQ.

  2   Select a Category.

  3   Enter a question.

  4   Enter an answer.

  5   Click Save Draft or Submit To as desired.

• Saved drafts can be reopened from the FAQ queue and assigned to other Answer team members
• Submitted questions are assigned to an Approver if needed, or immediately posted to Question teams in the Frequently Asked Questions tab

  6   Approvers can Reject or Approve & Submit the FAQ.

FAQs can also be created by clicking the Copy to FAQ button located on the right of a question window. Be sure to enter an answer prior to copying.

The Frequently Asked Questions tab does not appear for Question Team members until the tab has been populated with at least one question/answer. Project admins who are not members of the Answer Team can view FAQs from 'Pending Approval' through 'Approved' status, but cannot interact with them (read-only).

To import multiple FAQs from within Q&A as an Answer Team member:

  1   Click Import.

  2   Select the FAQ tab.

  3   Select Download.

  4   In the downloaded template, enter Questions (Answers can be entered now in the template or after the import).

  5   Select a category.

  6   Save the Excel template.

  7   Back in the Import screen, click Choose File; navigate to your saved template and select it.

  8   Click Import.

FAQs have now been imported in Draft status and Unassigned categories.
