Q&A Question and Answer teams are provided with a Dashboard providing a concise snapshot of Q&A activity. Dashboards are accessed within the Q&A tab by selecting the Dashboard option in the left drawer navigation menu.

Dashboards consist of filterable and sortable grids providing statistics detailing Q&A activity. Dashboard columns are totaled in the top row of the table, and sums are color-coded as follows:
 

• Blue - Informational; no action is necessary
• Red - Items need attention
• Yellow - Items in progress
• Green - Completed items

Click on a number in the row to be brought to a Question or Answer grid containing the selected items.
 

Answer Team Dashboard

The Answer Team Dashboard can be filtered by:

• Last Activity
  • Default shows all questions over the project history; use this filter or the calendar picker to enter a specific date or date range
• Assigned To
  • Any Answer Team Member
  • Choose a specific team member
• Category
  • All Categories
  • Choose a specific category
• Priority 
  • High
  • None

The dashboard table is comprised of a list of all Question teams to the far left, and four corresponding data columns to the right. Column totals appear in the top row of the table. 

Data columns include:

• Questions Asked - Displays number of questions asked/question limit
• Unanswered
• In Progress
• Answered

Tips & Tricks

• To review the question list associated with a question team, click into the desired question team row.
• To export a full Q&A report (unfiltered/unsorted) from the Answer Team dashboard, click Export.
• To access Q&A Settings in the Settings tab, click Q&A Settings.

Tips & Tricks

• To review your question list, click into the associated row, in the column you're interested in.
• To ask a new question from within the dashboard, click New Question.
• To export a report of all pending and answered questions, click Export.
• To bulk import questions, click Import; see Q&A Question Import.
