If you have the Print permission for the file you would like to print, you can print a file to your chosen printing device. See Setting Permissions on Roles for more information on file permissions.
 

To print a file from within the Documents tab:

  1   In the left Index panel, select the name of the fileroom or folder containing the file that you would like to print.

  2   In the middle content panel, select the file you would like to print.

  3   Click More Actions > Print.

  4   The file opens in the Secure Content Viewer with a print dialog box in the middle of the viewer.

  5   Select either to print 'All' pages or a specific page or range of pages. The total number of pages to be printed will be displayed in the print dialog.

  6   Click the Print button. 

  7   Your browser's Print Dialog screen opens. Select your desired print output device and preferences.

  8   Click Print.

 

To print a file from your Favorites list:

  1   In the left Shortcuts panel, click Favorites. Your list of favorite files displays. See Add to Favorites for more information.

  2   In the middle content panel, select the file you would like to print via checkbox.

  3   Click More Actions > Print.

  4   The file opens in the Secure Content Viewer with a print dialog box in the middle of the viewer.

  5   Select either to print 'All' pages or a specific page or range of pages. The total number of pages to be printed will be displayed in the print dialog.

  6   Click Print. 

  7   Your browser's Print Dialog screen opens. Select your desired print output device and preferences.

  8   Click Print.

NOTE: You cannot print multiple files at one time.
