Files and folders may be added to your Favorites for quick access. Favorites are located in the Shortcuts area of the left navigation pane in the Documents tab.

Favorites can be selected from two locations where files can be accessed including:

• The Index pane in the Documents tab

• The Staging Folder in your project Sandbox (if enabled)

 

Adding a Folder or File to Favorites:

  1   Search or manually drill down into the index to find the folder or file that you would like to mark as a favorite.

  2   Click the star icon  in the file or folder row.

  3   Choose a favorite category or add a new category in the resulting Favorites popup. 

NOTE: A file or folder can only be added to one favorite category.

  4   Click Mark as Favorite.
