InformationBodyFolders and documents for a project are stored in filerooms. Your project must contain at least one fileroom, and additional filerooms can be added at any time. To add a fileroom from the Documents tab Option 1 In the left navigation panel, click the options menu located on the right side of the gray Index bar.Choose Add Fileroom.Enter a name for your fileroom in the Title field.Choose a Fileroom Status: Published - Your fileroom is visible to all users.Not Published - Your fileroom remains hidden to Reviewers (regardless of permissions granted) but can be seen by Site Administrators.
