InformationBodyFolders and documents for a project are stored in filerooms. Your project must contain at least one fileroom, and additional filerooms can be added at any time. To add a fileroom, from within the Documents tab: 1 In the left navigation panel, click the options menu located on the right side of the gray Index bar. 2 Choose Add Fileroom. 3 Enter a name for your fileroom in the Title field. 4 Choose a Fileroom Status: Published - Your fileroom is visible to all users Not Published - Your fileroom remains hidden to Reviewers (regardless of permissions granted) but can be seen by Site Administrators 5 Click Save.Alternately, if the main view is Home > Projects > (Project Name) > Documents: 1 Click Add. 2 Select Add Fileroom. 3 Enter a name for your fileroom in the Title field. 4 Choose a Fileroom Status: Published - Your fileroom is visible to all users Not Published - Your fileroom remains hidden to Reviewers (regardless of permissions granted) but can be seen by Site Administrators 5 Click Save.
