How do I reset my Datasite password if I have Single Sign On (SSO)?

If your company uses Single Sign On (SSO) you will never change your Datasite password, because there isn't one.

SSO users will sign on through your company's SSO portal and then be routed to our login page.

NOTE: If you try and change your Datasite password to log in and your company has SSO enabled you will receive an error message.  If you have any difficulty with sign in or login please don't hesitate to contact us.
