How do I use Document Links in Outreach?

Sending links via email allows you to share the same material and also track engagement and views in the tracker.

To create and send a document link:

Access the email composition page from the Buyer Tracker by either clicking the Envelope Icon in the Actions column or by selecting multiple buyers/investors and clicking the Bulk Email button.
Compose your email and then scroll below the Email Body pane and click on Add Deal Docs.
Tick the Send Links checkbox.
Click Save. The document link is inserted at the bottom of your email.
Preview, generate, and send the email.

Please note: If a send link file is added to an email by the "Insert Document Link" option and both the link and file attachment share the same name, only the Send Link will appear within the email. The Document Attachment will then be removed.

Keep in mind the text of the document link can't be altered however, you can move it to another place in the email by copy, or cut, and paste.

You can use the Watermark PDFs check box and Watermark Settings button to watermark linked documents.

To review link clicks go to the Tracker tab and expand the Activities sub row for a company. The Click Status column states the activity that was logged for those linked documents in that activity.
