If you're importing from a spreadsheet, you can drag a column's header in the copy and paste workflow steps left and right to reorder the columns and copy and paste multiple columns at a time.
 

1. From your Tracker tab in your project, click the button in the top right corner that says Add Buyers.
2. Select Add Companies & Contacts.
3. Click Copy & Paste.
4. Copy the names of companies and paste them into the Company column.  
5. For each company, select a type they belong to. For example:
   • Corp / Strategic
   • Sponsor / Financial
   • Sponsor Portfolio
6. Optionally add details about the companies such as Tier, Calling Lead, Industry, Fund Size, Location etc.
7. Click Next.
8. Again, paste the company names into the Company column.
9. Optionally add contacts. If you do not want to at this time, click Finish.
   • At a minimum add First Name, Last Name, and Email Address for each contact in a company. Each contact belongs on its own row and a company can have multiple rows.
   • ​​​​​​​Click Insert Row in the upper right to create a blank row.
   • Double click the blank cell in the Company column to select a name from the menu.
10. Click Finish.
