How do I use Bulk Email in Outreach?

  1. From the Tracker tab, select the checkbox next to companies.
  2. Click Bulk Email in the top right.
  3. Choose an activity type.
  4. Edit the subject, body of the email, and choose dynamic fields.
  5. In the right pane review the company recipients by clicking the arrow next to the company name.
  6. Add or link Deal Docs, or upload new documents to attach to the email.
  7. Watermark and/or password protect the attached document - you may edit the watermark by clicking Watermark Settings (.PDF files only).
  8. Doc Links can be watermarked, password protected, and can require the reader to put in their email when opening it to track who clicked the link and if they downloaded or printed it.
    • This information can be found in the Buyer Tracker within an activity's Link Engagement sub tab.
  9. Consider saving the email as a template. Linked documents, password and watermark settings are saved with your template.
  10. Click Preview Draft in the bottom right.
  11. Review the draft and then click Generate Draft.
  12. You will now be in the Email Drafts tab.
  13. Click Create Zip for X Drafts to download the .eml files to your computer or click Download to download individual .eml files.
  14. Extract the emails from the downloaded Zip folder, make any last minute changes necessary and then send them using your email client.
