How do I create a custom field for my Outreach Tracker?

  1. Go to the Tracker tab.
  2. Click Custom Fields on the right to open the Custom Fields panel.
  3.  If you have existing Custom Fields click Add Custom Field.
  4. Enter a Field Name.
  5. Select a Field Type.
    1. Text
    2. Dropdown
      1. Add options.
      2. Click Add Option for more choices.
  6. Select Save as Dynamic Field to optionally insert this field's contents into a Bulk Email.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Custom Fields on the right to close the panel.
