In Outlook Application (2013, 2016, and Office 365)

1. Open Mail in Outlook.
2. Click into the Home tab.
3. In the 'Delete' section, click Junk.
4. Select Junk E-mail Options...
   • Note: In Outlook 2007, select Actions > Junk E-mail > Junk E-mail Options...
5. Click the Safe Senders tab.
6. Click Add.
7. Enter the email addresses: service@datasite.com and service@platform.datasite.com 
8. Enter the web domains: mail.datasite.com and platform.datasite.com
9. Click OK.
10. Click OK again.

In Outlook Webmail

1. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and select Mail under the Your app settings.
3. On the left side, select Mail > Accounts > Block or Allow.
4. Select Automatically filter junk email.
5. Under Safe Senders and Recipients, enter the email addresses: service@datasite.com and service@platform.datasite.com, then click the plus (+) button.
6. Under Safe Senders and Recipients, enter the web domains: mail.datasite.com and platform.datasite.com and click the plus (+) button.
7. Click Save.
