How do I resend an expired invite in Outreach?

  1. Go to the Deal Team tab.
  2. Click Remove Access for an expired user. If the user is expired in more than one Outreach project, remove their access for all projects where an invitation is expired.
  3. Click Yes, Delete.
  4. Go to the Admin Console.
  5. Tick the checkbox for a user.
  6. Click Modify.
  7. Select Send / Resend Invitations.
  8. Click Send.
  9. Add the user to the Deal Team in all the projects where they were expired.
