How do I resend an invitation?

  1. Go to the Users tab.
  2. Tick the checkbox next to a user.
  3. Click More Actions.
  4. Select Send/Resend Invitation.
  5. Click Send.

 

 

A Datasite Assist Expert can resend the invitation on your behalf if:

 

  1. The invitation is not withdrawn and
  2. No change is required for the role to which they were originally invited and
  3. The Project Admin team hasn't set up any special arrangement requiring active Project Admin approval to resend.
