How do I request the closure of my project?

Any Project Admin can request the closure of their project.

NOTE: When you close a project, you no longer have access to it.

If you wish to order a USB device or create an Archive of your Diligence or Acquire Project, we advise you to do that first.  

When you are ready to close your project, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your project.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Click Begin Project Closure and follow the prompts.



Even though you will no longer have access to your project when you have requested the closure, any downloads you made earlier will still be available to you for 30 days on your Projects page.

After the project has been successfully closed, we will be able to issue the final invoice. 



If you are a Project Admin but currently do not have access to the Settings tab due to being a Hibernation Manager or a Freeze Admin, please contact us.
