How do I order a USB device?

USB archives can only be requested for open/active projects. If your project is closed your archive options include viewing previously downloaded archives, or opening an online archive within 30 days of closure request. These options are available on the project card on your Project page.

 

To order a USB archive on an active project,

 

  1. Go to the Archives page.
  2. Click Request Archive.
  3. Click Request USB.
  4. Complete the form; the device(s) will be sent to the address(es) you supply. If you wish to include a Q&A report please specify this in the 'Special Instructions' field.
