If you want to create an archive of your data room go to Datasite Online Archive.

The archive includes:

• Sandbox (if enabled)
• Filerooms
• Reports

From within the Archives tab:

1. On the top Left, select Request Archive.
2. Click Download. Files that have not finished uploading or processing cannot be downloaded. Their records will still appear in the Index, but native files won't be included in the download. 
   • You can only extract Q&A data if you were part of the Answer team. Question team participants will only receive the data from the question team they were part of.
   • Download Options:
     
     • Full Project Content
       
     • By Role
       If selecting By Role, choose whether you want to shorten the filename (recommended), or remove index numbers
3. Click Next. A name for your download is auto generated. 
4. Select Shorten Filenames, recommended and selected by default, or Remove index numbers.
5. Click Generate Download.

The size of your data room determines the length of time required to process your archive request. Download Archives are delivered to your Documents tab > Shortcuts > Downloads area.

You'll receive an email notification when your download is available.
