How do I register if my registration link is expired?

The link may or may not be expired. If the invitation is more than 30 days old, contact a Project Admin or the Datasite Service team to request a resend.

If the invitation is less than 30 days old, it might be still available within an incognito window. Follow the steps below:

  • Right click on the orange button of the invitation 'I Agree/Register'
  • Select 'Open link in new incognito window'
  • If this option doesn't show up, select 'Copy hyperlink'
    • On the upper right-hand corner of your browser window, click on the three dots and click 'Open new incognito window' 
    • On this new window, paste the link in the URL bar and press enter
