Send a notification about a tracker item to another person in your project or to a Team:

 

1. Click a speech bubble icon in a Comments column cell.
2. Click in the field on the right Type comment here.
3. Type "@" to show a list of Users and Teams in the project. For Datasite Diligence® Projects only Project Admins and Users with Feature Access to the Users Management will see this list and tag others.
4. Either select, or type a User name or Team. 
5. Enter a comment.
6. Click Send.

 

For Datasite Diligence® Projects only: Users using Trackers without Feature Access to the Users Management will see NOT_ACCESSIBLE for identifying any comments by other users, and any tagged users or Teams.

Users receive an email with a link to the comment in the tracker at the frequency set in their account Notifications.
All Users in a Team receive a notification with an exception. If the sender is in the Team they won't receive an email notification.
