InformationBodyOnce a tracker is created, it's time to create list items within the tracker. This can be done manually, or by copying and pasting from an existing Excel. From within the Trackers tab,To manually populate a tracker list item: 1 Select the desired tracker from the left drawer navigation menu. 2 Optionally, click Add Row. An item row appears. 3 Within the new row, click or tab into the desired fields; depending upon the field, information can be typed or selected via the available drop-down menu or calendar. Information entered or selected saves automatically.To populate a tracker by copying/pasting from an Excel: 1 Select the desired tracker from the left drawer navigation menu. 2 Optionally, click Add Row. An item row appears. By default, the item expects you to enter information manually. Click out of the new row to prepare it for receiving pasted information. 3 Copy a row or group of rows from your external spreadsheet. Note that fields on your spreadsheet should match and be in the same order as those in the tracker. 4 To insert data from Excel into a new row, click on the row and use the 'Ctrl + v' key commands. Any errors will be displayed in red in the row, and you can click the Fix Errors button above the tracker grid to resolve them. Once all errors are resolved, the error handling field will disappear. To delete rows, check the corresponding boxes and click the trash bin icon, then choose Delete Rows. To add new rows, right-click on the row above or below where you want to insert the row and select either Insert Row Above or Insert Row Below.
