How do I edit my Tracker in Acquire, Diligence, and Prepare?

To move a column drag the column header left and right.

To modify, click Columns at the top.
 


To add a column:
  1. Click Columns at the top.
  2. Click Add Column.
  3. Click Column Type to see available options.
  4. Name your column.
  5. You may have additional options depending on the column type.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Your new column is at the bottom of list.


To edit single and multi select list columns:

  1. Click Columns at the top.
  2. Hover over a selection column.
  3. Click the gear icon.
  4. Change colors by clicking the colored arrow to the left of an Option.
  5. Grab the handle to the left and drag it up and down to reorder Options.
  6. Click the X on the right to remove an Option.
  7. Click Add Option for more choices.
  8. Click Save.


To rename a column:

  1. Double click a column header.
  2. Type your new column name.
  3. Press Enter.


To delete your column:

  1. Click Columns at the top.
  2. Hover over a column.
  3. Click the Red x icon.
  4. Click Delete to confirm.
