The amount of time for a payment to be applied to invoices can depend on the payment method and payment application details included.

For example, electronic payment methods are received more quickly than checks sent via mail. Payments specifying the invoice it is for can expedite the application process. 

Generally, your account will reflect payment was received within 10 business days from the date payment was sent. Typically, sooner with electronic payments.

Pay My Bill+ allows authorized contacts to view the status of invoices.
It may take up to 30 minutes for Pay My Bill+ to update the invoice status after a payment is made.

If an invoice is showing as outstanding after 10 business days since a payment was issued or you need this information sooner, contact us by clicking Get Assistance above and selecting Support Cases.
