1. Click Help.
2. Select Support Portal.
3. Click Pay My Bill+.
4. Select Account Information.
5. Click Update Contacts.
6. Click Add, Edit or Delete.

   • When adding a new invoice contact enter the required information and select if the person should receive an invoice via email or only have access to Pay My Bill+.

7. Click Next.
8. Click Finish.

 

Click Update Information to edit additional company information in the Billing Company Information section. 

Changes may take up to two business days to take effect.

If you don't have access to the Pay My Bill+:

1. Click Get Assistance above.
2. Select Support Cases.
3. Choose I have a billing question from the options.
4. Provide the following information:
   
   1. Copy of a recent invoice, or your project name.
   2. If the billing contact change is for:
      • Future invoices
      • Past invoices
      • Both future and past invoice
   3.  If the new billing contact and email address:
      • Is in addition - send invoices to both the current and new billing contact
      • Is replacing - are you removing the previous billing contact?
   4. Please include any updates to the billing contact details.
