Under your Datasite Agreement, all amounts payable by you, are exclusive of all applicable taxes (including VAT and withholding taxes).

This means you are responsible for paying any applicable withholding tax. You can review Datasite's General Terms and Conditions.

1. In Datasite Assist® go to the Support tab.
2. Select Get Assistance.
3. Under 'How can we help you?' select 'I have a billing question'. 
4. Select your project.
5. Click Next.
6. Provide your question including an invoice number.
7. Click Next.
8. Upload any relevant documentation like a copy of a recent invoice.
9. Click Next.
