Within the Q&A Tool, only Project Admins and users with manage rights within the Answer team can upload documents.

If you wish the Question Team to be able to upload documents to the project so they can link these to their drafted questions, please follow these steps:

 

1. Within the Documents tab, create a folder or a fileroom for the Q&A team where the specific Question Team members should be able to upload documents.
2. Open the Permissions tab, select the Role to which the Question Team members belong, and give them manage rights to the Q&A folder by selecting all four permission boxes for a folder or fileroom.
3. The Question Team members will now have the ability to upload documents into that folder to link with their questions.
