Moving an item vertically changes its index number.

 

To move an item within the center panel, click and hold the waffle icon (a grid-like symbol) located to the left of the checkbox when you hover over a row.

Then, drag the item up or down to reposition it. This action will update its index number based on the new location.

 

You can create a Placeholder to “hold” an index number for you. This works in conjunction with Replace.
