How do I double-check what content Roles can access?

Project Admins can use View As in the Permissions tab to see the project from the perspective of a role.
 

Project Admins can also use the Index List to see the access level for a Role and export the filtered index list to an excel spread sheet.
 
  1. Go to the Documents tab. 
  2. Click Index List.
  3. Click the Role menu.
  4. Select a desired role. 
  5. Review Permission Levels under the Access Column. Also you may view the Status column to check the Publish status of the content.
  6. If desired, export the Index List.
