Export index report

Administrators and reviewers can export the entire index or partial index by utilizing the Export option in the Documents tab.

The report contains three tabs:
 

  • Index List - A comprehensive list of all attributes pertaining to selected items
  • Index Summary List - Containing fewer columns, this tab is intended to provide simpler navigation and review of items most commonly of interest to project admins
  • Summary Key - Displays the color-coding applied to report elements designed to aid in navigation


To export the Index Report within the Documents tab:

  1   Click Index List in the upper right.

  2   Filter and sort the index list as desired. What is shown onscreen is exported. 

  3   Click Export.
