To close your Datasite Online Archive, navigate to the project, select Options, and then choose Close Archive. Once closed, the archive remains visible to you for 30 days, during which you can reopen it if needed.

 

After 30 days, the archive no longer appears on your Projects page.

 

To remove the closed archive from your Projects page before the 30-day period has expired, submit a request providing a reason for the early purge. Note that only you can see the closed archive during this period.
