InformationBodyProject admins can use the Mobile App to view and upload project files and perform some user and invitation management. Invite a User To invite a user from within the desired project, tap the Users icon in the lower right of your interface. Then: 1 Tap the plus (+) sign located to the upper right. 2 Enter the user's email address. 3 Choose a user classification if desired. 4 Choose an existing role (roles cannot be created within the app; if a new role is needed, log in the Datasite web application and create the role). See Adding a New Role or Duplicating a Role to find out more about creating roles. 5 Choose a language (this affects the invitation only, not the app interface). 6 If desired, assign the user to a Q&A team (see Q&A Setup to create Q&A teams). 7 Optionally, choose to assign the invitee to a team. 8 Click Send Invite to send out the invitation immediately.
