How do I merge duplicate company listings in my Companies list?

  1. Click Companies on the right.
  2. Select two companies.
    Merge Companies. It becomes active and turns blue.
  3. Rectify the form that pops up.
  4. Click:
    • Selected fields will be merged into the new company record.
    • All contacts from both companies will be merged into the new record.
  5. Click Continue to preview. If you need to make adjustments you can click the Edit button to return to the merge form.
  6. Click Merge to finalize your merge.
