Can Manage Access users see the Action Required section?

Only Project Admins can see the full list of Action Required section in the Shortcuts.

If something went wrong with an uploaded file, look for a red triangle and message that says "Processing Failed" next to the file's number.


If you click on the file, you can see why it didn't work on the right side of the screen and replace it.
