How do I manage files in the Action Required section?

 

  1. Go to the Documents tab.
  2. Click Action Required in the Shortcuts panel on the left.
  3. Review the Error/Reason and Notes to understand why the file is not uploaded.
  4. Select file(s) via checkboxes.
  5. Click on one of the following actions within the toolbar:
  • Delete file/s Forever
  • Make the file/s Download Access Only
  • Replace file/s
  • If applicable, enter a password for password-protected files

 

How do I delete files that are in the Processing section?

 

To delete the file/s that are still processing, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Documents tab.
  2. Locate the file within the fileroom. 
  3. Select the file via the checkbox.
  4. From the toolbar, click Recycle if the file is in the Index or Delete if the file is in the Sandbox.
