How can I see who uploaded Action Required files and when they were uploaded?

In the Action Required shortcut is a column titled Uploaded By.

There is also a column called Date Available to reflect when the file was loaded.

A full report of all Action Required files can be exported. Click the Export button next to the word Action Required in the center panel.
