How do I bulk submit questions on behalf of a buyer?

  1. Go to Q&A tab.
  2. Click Import.
  3. Choose Download.
  4. Open the Excel template and fill in required columns:
    • Column A is the Question
    • Column B is the Category. Your project's defined categories are in a Data Validation drop down menu
    • Column C is Priority. Optionally, select Yes for High priority questions
  5. Save your spreadsheet.
  6. Go to the Q&A tab.
  7. Click Import.
  8. Click Choose File and select the spreadsheet.
  9. Select a Question Team.
  10. Click Upload.

Questions are imported in a unanswered state.
