If a question's or FAQ's status is Answered it can't be deleted.

When you bulk import questions or FAQs to your Q&A, they are imported as "In Progress", which means they are can be manually deleted.


To delete an "In Progress" FAQ: 
 

1. Go to the Q&A tab.
2. Select Frequently Asked Questions on the left.
3. Click on an In Progress FAQ that needs to be deleted.
4. Click on the bin icon at the top right of the Answer field.
5. Click OK.
6. Click on the bin icon at the top right of the Question field
7. Click OK.

 

To delete a "Drafted Question":

1. Go to the Q&A tab.
2. Select Question List on the left.
3. Click on a title of a question that has "Drafted Question" in the Number column.
4. Click on the bin icon at the top right of the Question field.
5. Click OK.
