Downloading an Archive doesn't generate an extra fee. 

Datasite Archive allows users to conveniently archive Acquire and Diligence project content and reports. Datasite Archive provides a legally defensible snapshot of a project as of the archive date, including audit reports. Project Admins can create Archive projects for any role, and then invite users to those projects from the Users tab. However, all invited users will see content and reports that are in the Archive project generated for a specific role.
