For Datasite Diligence and Acquire projects, you will have a threshold of pages that can be uploaded. Going over this threshold will result in additional charges per your contract. For Datasite Outreach and Pipeline projects, you will have a certain number of subscription users that can be added to your project. Exceeding this number will result in charges per your contract. You can see both the number of pages uploaded as well as the number of subscription users they have in Datasite Assist®. To see the amount of space used or the number of pages uploaded for Datasite Cloud subscribers: Click Help and select Support Portal. Click Pay My Bill +. Select Enterprise Usage. To be able to see this tab, you must be authorized. From here, you can see your high water mark, which is the largest number of pages that have been uploaded. You will also see how much of your threshold you have used. While any pages uploaded below this threshold are included in your contract, extra charges will be applied if your high water mark exceeds the threshold. Current High water mark - Displays total page count across all open projects (filter by project name to display details for a specific project)Percent of Threshold - Displays the percentage of page threshold used. Percentages above 100% may result in additional charges according to your contract (filter by project name to display details for a specific project).Daily Usage (Last 30 days) - displays overall project page counts versus the allowance defined in your contract. Scrolling down inside the Usage Tracking window will allow you to see your usage by date. Cloud Analytics for Outreach and Pipeline If you have an Outreach or Pipeline project in Datasite Cloud, your threshold will be measured in subscription users rather than pages. You can view the number of users you have in the Admin Console. Click your name and select Admin Console. You will be brought to the Members tab of the Admin Console. Here, you can see the number of subscription users you have across all of your projects under your Cloud subscription.
