What Is the Admin Dashboard?

In the Admin Dashboard you can find data about the historical projects in your subscription as they played out over time. 
Select the Admin Dashboard tab to display:

• Quantity of projects by Deal Lead
• Percentage of projects by Deal Stage
• Quantity of projects by Transaction Type
• Summary of project details (e.g., deal start date, # of companies added, percentage declined)

Features:

 Apply filters

Filters apply to visual displays and their correlated downloadable reports. To apply filters within the Admin Dashboard:

 1    Select Filters  to expand the Filter menu.
 2    Adjust the filter menu fields as desired.

• Choose a Deal Lead
• Choose a Transaction Type
• Choose a Deal Start Date

 3   Select Update.

• The blue 'Update' icon in the upper right is replaced with a grey 'Reload' icon after being updated.

Adjust Display Per Tile

Reports are displayed on tiles. Each tile contains its own clickable interactions. Examples:

• Select a bar within the Deal Lead report to display details.
• Click one of the listed stages within the Deal Stage report to remove the data from the visual. display. Select it again to restore the data to the visual display.
• Pick and drag a column within the Project Details report to reorganize as desired.

Export Data

The Admin Dashboard reports can be downloaded or they can be sent via email.

To download all reports:

 1   As needed, apply filters and adjust the display per tile.

 2   Select the options menu in the upper right.

 3   Choose Download as PDF or Download as CSVs.

 4   Continue following the prompts until reports are downloaded.



To download data from one tile:

 1   As needed, apply filters and adjust the display per tile.

 2   Hover over the upper-right corner of a tile to show an options menu.

 3   Select Download Data

 4   Select your preferences as needed, then choose Open in Browser or Download.



Send all reports via email
Send emails to desired recipients or schedule a recurring email. To do so:

 1   Select the options menu in the upper right.

 2   Choose Schedule Delivery.

 3   If you have a previous schedule, click New.

 4   Send: Choose Send now from the Recurrence menu options. Enter an email address, choose your Format, then pick Send now. Email does not include a copy list, so recipients are unaware of other receivers.

or 

 4   Schedule: Choose your Recurrence, Time preferences, Format, and email addresses,  then click Save. Only the creator of a scheduled email may edit a saved schedule. Your personally created schedules appear in options menu > Schedule delivery > Schedules.
