Check whether you have safe listed all the domains of Datasite, including the one for IRM.

Test whether all the domains above are listed as safe in your system. If not, contact your IT team to allow these on your network.



Note: Confirm you do not have any Excel files with Macros open when working on files with Revoke Access Control feature.
