Project Admins can access some content which has not yet started being reprocessed and all documents that have already completed reprocessing.
  • PDF - yes
  • Excel spreadsheets - yes
  • Word .docx - can't access until reprocessed

Reviewers can only access content that has completed reprocessing. 

Reprocessed content is prioritized.
