Why are the Users listed in an Owner column in my Tracker only visible to Project Admins?

To allow a user to see other users in an Owner column type, project admins need to set Feature Access permissions for that user's role. This also allows that role to see the Users tab and empowers them to invite other users to your project. 
This action is only for trusted roles. 

 

 

 

  1. Go to the Permissions tab and click Feature Access.
  2. Select a role by ticking it's checkbox.
  3. Enable Manage in the Users row of the Feature Access options by ticking it's checkbox.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Confirm you have reviewed and approve the changes.
  6. Click Continue.
