If you have requested a Comfort Letter alongside the submitted USB and Media request, we will prepare the Comfort letter as part of the process. The letter(s) are finalized when the USB device(s) are ready and are emailed to you in .pdf format.

 

With the creation of a downloadable archive via Archives > Request Archive > Download we can provide a Comfort letter for your archive with your written confirmation and request.
