In the process of drafting your Outbound Email, add a watermark to your attached PDFs by selecting Watermark PDFs via a checkbox.

To preview and customize the watermark display:

  1   Select Watermark Settings to display the 'Watermarking PDF Settings' form.

• The preview displays an approximation of the watermark on a letter-sized document

  2   Adjust the settings as desired:

• Custom text
• Dynamic fields to include
• Text fields to include
• Opacity
• Coverage
  • Fixed size on all pages (not adjustable)
  • Tiled
  • Dynamically fit to page
• Position
  • Top
  • Center
  • Bottom
  • Left
  • Right

  3   Choose Apply to Attachments.

• As a result, Watermark PDFs is automatically selected via a checkbox

To remove the watermark from a single document, select the blue document icon next to the document name. The icon turns grey.
