From within the Documents tab: 

  1   Navigate to the fileroom/folder where you would like to upload your file(s).
 

• Click the fileroom/folder in the left navigation pane
• The fileroom/folder contents appear in the main content pane

  2   Click Upload.

  3   Drag & drop zipped files and folders into the upload wizard pane, OR; click Browse to locate the desired zipped files for upload. Note: You must zip folder structures to upload them in Internet Explorer (IE). Other browsers do not require folder structures to be zipped prior to uploading.

  4   Select whether you want to have the zip file uploaded to your project as: Maintain Folder Structure, Files Only, or Keep as Zip.

• Maintain Folder Structure - The complete structure within the zip file is extracted and preserved when uploaded. Any zip files within your main zip are also extracted, up to 10 levels deep
• Files Only - Only files within the zip file are uploaded (folders are ignored). Any zip files within your main zip are also extracted, up to 10 levels deep
• Keep as Zip - The file is uploaded as a single item (zip file). Contents are not extracted, and end-users must download the zip file and open it locally to view contents.

  5   Click Next.

  6   Choose if you'd like to publish uploaded files now or later (unpublished files are visible only to admins and reviewers with manage permissions).

  7   Choose permission settings. 

• Inherit destination security settings - File permissions match those set on the parent folder
• Set to hidden - Files are not visible to external users

• If you wish to continue working in the application while files upload, click Minimize. Click the minimized uploader bar in the lower right corner of the content screen when you'd like to restore the uploader screen.
• If you choose to cancel the upload while it is in progress by clicking on the Cancel Upload button, nothing from the upload session will appear on the site.
