Invitations in draft status can be sent, edited, or discarded. Your project must be launched before drafted invitations can be sent. You can confirm the project’s status from the Settings tab. If the project is not yet launched, follow the steps outlined in Launching a project to proceed.

To send an invitation that is in draft status:

  1   Navigate to Users.

  2   Under the Status column, use the drop-down menu to filter the user list; select Draft.

  3   Click the check box(es) to select the draft invitation(s) you would like to send.

  4   Select More Actions > Send/Resend Invitations.

  5   Click Send.

 

To change role of an invitation that is in draft status:

  1   Navigate to Users.

  2   Under the Status column, use the drop-down menu to filter the user list; select Draft.

  3   Click the box associated with the draft invitation you would like to edit.

  4   In the right panel select Change Role.

  5   Choose a new role for the selected user using the drop-down menu.

  6   Click Save.

To edit an invitation that is in draft status:

  1   Navigate to Users.

  2   Under the Status column, use the drop-down menu to filter the user list; select Draft.

  3   Click the box associated with the draft invitation you would like to edit.

  4   Select Modify > Edit Draft.

  5   Make the changes in the draft.

  6   Click Cancel to cancel the changes, click Update Draft to save the changes or click Send Invite to send the invite with the changes.

To discard invitations in draft status:

  1   Navigate to Users.

  2   Under the Status column, use the drop-down menu to filter the user list; select Draft.

  3   Click on the selection box(es) associated with the draft invitation(s) you would like to discard.

  4   Select Modify > Remove Access.

  5   Click Ok.


To resend or withdraw invitations in expired status:

  1   Navigate to Users.

  2   Under the Status column, use the drop-down menu to filter the user list; select Expired.

  3   Select the boxes associated with the invitations you'd like to resend or withdraw.

• To resend select More Actions > Send/Resend Invitation > Send
• To withdraw select Modify > Remove Access > Ok
