If your project utilizes the Sandbox and Reviewers with Manage Permissions features, they can be used in conjunction to allow reviewers with manage permissions access to the sandbox. Project admins can grant sandbox access to reviewers with manage permissions.

From within the sandbox, reviewers with manage permissions can:

• Review: View, Print, and Download
• Upload files and folders
• Add new folders
• Rename items
• Move items (to destinations where access has been granted)
• Copy items (to destinations where access has been granted)
• Delete items

Note: While reviewers with manage permissions can only interact as described above with permissioned folders within the sandbox, they can also see parent folder titles if permissioned items are housed within a parent folder, or series of parent folders.


To grant access to the sandbox to reviewers with manage permissions:

  1   Access Permissions > Content Access. 

  2   Select 'Sandbox' from the location dropdown menu (default is 'Index') and choose desired roles via checkbox from the 'Roles' pane,

  3   Within the Sandbox Staging Folder set permissions as desired.
 

• Access can be granted to folders only, by selecting the most far right 'Manage' section in the permissions bar.
• Granting access to a folder also grants access to all content within the folder; there are no permissions access bars associated with individual files.
