Project admins have the ability to download custom archives of their projects at any time. Custom archives include up to three separate zip files containing content from the:

• Sandbox (if used)
• Fileroom(s)
• Reports

Custom archives can also be created by role, so only content available for the selected role appears in the archive.

To create a custom archive:

From within the Archives tab,
  1  Select Request Archive.

  2  Click Download or Request USB.

Please mention under Special Instructions by which date and time you would like to receive the USBs.

Special Instructions

Please mention here any additional information we should know so we can assist you best with your USB request, e.g. Q&A report, urgency of the request, comfort letter, freeze etc.

If you selected Role-specific content for the USB, let us know if you want to include the Q&A report. 

  3  Review

Accept the 'Terms of use' and select Generate Download or Request USB.
           
If you chose the 'Downloadable only' option, the size of your project determines the length of time required to process your archive request. Archives are delivered to your Documents > Shortcuts > Downloads area and are available for 30 days. You will receive an email notification when your downloads are available.

To access your archive from within Downloads:
  1  Select the checkbox associated with the zip file you'd like to download (only one item at a time can be selected).
  2  Click Download.

Fileroom and Sandbox zip file contents retain index numbers, folder, and file structure.

The Reports zip file includes these reports:

• Access events
• Index list
• Invited users
• Registered users
• Permissions
• Q&A

If you'd like a full downloadable archive with reports, please consider choosing the Download Now archive option, rather than the custom archive option.
